When we unleash our creative juices in a difficult situation, we look for opportunities, hitherto hidden.

This training workshop is designed to trigger this response.

Look at situation positively

Generating different perspectives to a given situation is the first step to mount the challenge. Choosing a positive approach is job half done.

Look at situation objectively

The voyage of discovery is not in seeking new landscapes but in having new eyes. An objective outlook helps unearth opportunities even in adversity.

Identify opportunities

From a rational, analytical perspective, a problem is nothing more than a situation requiring action but in which the required action is not known. In times of peace, people forget how to fight.

Generate ideas to harness opportunities

Being flexible & thinking ahead unravels the change mystery. Innovation is the specific tool by which change can be exploited as an opportunity.

Develop solutions creatively

Mind is like an iceberg with only a tip visible above the water & the larger part is submerged. Can one imagine what would happen if people had the ability to tap the unused resources?

Implement effectively

The art of getting things done. & to get things done, managers must act themselves & mobilize collective action on the part of others."
